The view is beautiful, and the beach and pool easily accessible, as well as the resort beach restaurant. The place was as advertised, clean and bright. Everything we could have needed was provided including specialty electric appliances, snorkeling equipment, etc. Bernarda was a phenomenal host – welcomed us and checked in to make sure we did not need anything else. She really cared about our comfort and made sure our vacation was great

Stop looking for a place to stay, this is the one you want! Bernarda and het husband Jose are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The property is absolutely beautiful, clean, quiet, with a private beach and stunning pool overlooking the ocean. I could go on about how wonderful this place is! It’s truly a gem! Highly recommended!

This apartment is fabulous! The apartment sis modern and clean. Fantastic ocean views from the balcony. Kitchen has everything you need., fast WIFI, great airconditioning. Playa Blanca is an amazing beach. Nice sand and water. Snorkeling. Tide pools at low tide. So many scarlet macaws! We saw a few monkeys. There is also a restaurant right there and the rental includes a club pass. The resort area is huge in a lush forest setting with a 15 minute drive from the first security gate at the main road. Punta Leona has everything, several restaurants, stores, perfect beach, pools and wildlife, tennis and midget golf.

My husband and I visit this area very often and Playa Blanca is the place to go. By far the best we have seen in the Punterenas Province. The place is perfectly located only 55 miles from SJO airport. You have a private walking access to the beach. And a bracelet that allows you the use of the club amenities. The perfect spot to unwind and relax. You also have the ability to book tours right with the Playa Blanca staff at the beach entrance.
